5. Certified Fitness Professional Requirement and Certificate Updates

At TrainTab, we are committed to maintaining a safe and reliable environment for all users of our mobile application ("TrainTab App"). As part of our commitment to promoting fitness expertise, we require that all users on the TrainTab App be certified fitness professionals. This policy ensures the provision of high-quality fitness content within our community.

5.1 Certified Fitness Professional Requirement:

• To access and use the TrainTab App, all users must hold a valid certification as a fitness professional. This certification should be issued by a recognized and accredited fitness organization or institution.
• By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this requirement throughout your use of the TrainTab App.

• If your fitness professional certification expires at any time, it is your responsibility to update it promptly to maintain an active user status on the TrainTab App.

• In the "Update Certificate" section, you can upload your new and valid fitness professional certificate, ensuring it is in a digital format supported by the TrainTab App.
• Once you have uploaded the new certificate, our team will review and verify its authenticity. You will be notified of the status of your certificate update via email.

5.3 Compliance Verification:

• a. TrainTab reserves the right to periodically verify the validity of fitness professional certifications held by our users.
• b. If your certification is found to be invalid or expired, TrainTab may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to limiting your access to certain features or suspending your account until a valid certificate is provided.

By using the TrainTab App, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Certified Fitness Professional Requirement and the process of updating your certificate as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in limitations on your account access or termination of your TrainTab App usage.

All stored data on the server is only accessible by TrainTab LLC. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
